You will enjoy the swimming pool heated to 28°, the pétanque court, the ping pong table and the wooded garden as well as other activities. An enclosed garden is next to the terrace for the safety of children We will be happy to welcome you and accompany you during your stay.

A stone's throw from the city center, this charming 23 m2 studio apartment is a 3-minute walk from the train station, the castle and a bakery. We welcome you to this completely refurbished and fully equipped former workshop for a completely independent stay in Châteaubriant. Very bright, this ground floor accommodation facing a large garden will allow you to enjoy it on sunny days and stay in peace in Châteaubriant... Cyclists, a courtyard and a garage are available

Lovely loft

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. Located near the new Rennes-Angers axis, as a couple or for work, you will spend pleasant nights in an atypical setting. Day use possible upon availability upon request. The accommodation is of course completely non-smoking. The price indicated for 2 people is for a single bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a supplement will be requested). The space is a fully open space, not suitable for colleagues.

A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

Christèle and Jacques will welcome you to their home with large spaces, its 1200 m2 garden enclosed by walls, facing the swimming pool, a remnant of an old medieval door hidden in its greenery. A haven of tranquility perfectly suited for family gatherings, seminars or holidays .

Our studio (with private entrance and private parking) is spacious and located on the floor of our dwelling house. It is close to the city center, close to shops, the castle, market halls... You will appreciate our accommodation for its calm, brightness and French billiards available for your use. Our place is great for couples and all guests.

New fully-equipped studio located in a property. View of the garden, greenery and nature. This very bright accommodation has its own independent entrance. Very quiet site, we would be very happy to host you for one night or more. Note: the bedding is excellent: we pay special attention to it.
