Less than ten minutes by train you will find Angers and its castle with the Apocalypse tapestries and an hour away, Nantes.

Charming house, a balcony over the Loire.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

We are delighted to welcome you to this independent studio located on the ground floor (small steps at the entrance) of our house. No shared space except the front door. Central home: - accessible bus (direct line from the station: 13min - 7 stops), - 5 min from the hyper center by bike or car, 15 min walk. Very close to Chu (5 min), Saint Serge University (5 min), Convention Center (5 min), Terra Botanica (8 min).

House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed. We sincerely ask that our guests keep the place quiet and respectful for the comfort of neighbors and future tenants, thank you in advance :)
