Está totalmente equipada con nevera, microondas, horno, cocina vitrocerámica, lavadora, cafetera, tostadora y menaje completo. También en la segunda planta encontramos una coqueta habitación abuhardillada con cama de matrimonio, y un baño completo con ducha.
