Very bright and cozy house, located in the south of Fuerteventura, with spectacular views of the sea, palm groves and volcanoes. It has various landscaped spaces with native plants, which are oriented to the different moments of maximum sunlight, and protection from the wind. It has a solarium terrace with a panoramic view, sky and stars at night. Silent and calm area, a few meters from La Playa del Viejo Rey, the best on the island for surfing and admiring its sunsets.

Just 3 km from Oasis Park and 10 minutes from the paradisiacal white sand beaches. The house consists of a living-dining room with air conditioning, sofa and fully equipped kitchen, both for short and long stays, a bedroom with pillows and a quality mattress, and a sunny terrace with beautiful views.

A large kitchen & the open living and dining area leave nothing to be desired. The roof terrace offers a seating area, outdoor shower and a great view of the sea & with a good view of the Teide in Tenerife. A large barbecue & cozy dining areas invite you to cozy barbecue evenings. You can relax here.

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and more. There is a satellite TV in the living room and one bedroom. On the terrace there is a brick barbecue, sun loungers and umbrella, the large private pool and an outdoor shower.
