Casa Pico

Casa Pico is our apartment living room for 2 person. It might be the most little one of the 3 apartments of Finca Ugan, but you will find the same comfort as in the bigger ones and you have all the equipment you need to feel like home. There is a 1,80 x 2m bed in the alcove with a high quality mattress so that you will have a pleasant sleep. The generous kitchenette with ceramic hob (3 plates), a fridge with a freezer and the best cooking utensils makes it possible for you to cook everything you want. About 10 meters from the apartment there is a small house, where you find a washing machine and dryer which zou can use for free if necessary. From the living area you have an amazing view over the unspoilt countryside of Fuerteventura. To make it all perfect, you have a TV with a DVD-player and W-Lan for free. You can relax on the generous terrace with 2 sunbeds and make your own barbecue in the evenings.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

This glass house, with private infinity pool, aims to lessen the barrier between structure and nature. Perched in front of a valley near Ugán beach, Casa Liu connects with its surroundings both literally and emotionally. This home is encased in floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for outside living to be brought inside. Sunlight pours in, brightening every aspect of this space. And at night-time, you can feel yourself part of the universe, immersed in dozen of constellations.

The impressive 180-degree sea view accompanies you all day – even from the sofa and dining table. You can reach the beach in a few minutes on foot. The open, bright living area with kitchen immediately exudes a holiday atmosphere. The complex also includes a communal pool – ideal for relaxing after a day by the sea.

La Pared is located just a few minutes by car from the larger town of Costa Calma, which is why we definitely recommend a rental car.

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. This lava stone house is truly unique. The house with 3 terraces can accommodate 2 to 4 people. A large kitchen & the open living and dining area leave nothing to be desired. The roof terrace offers a seating area, outdoor shower and a great view of the sea & with a good view of the Teide in Tenerife. A large barbecue & cozy dining areas invite you to cozy barbecue evenings. You can relax here.

Aire - Cinco Elementos - Surf & Yoga Stay

The house has been awarded by various architectural newspapers in the 1990s. The large apartment is semi-circular. Glass leashes between the walls and ceiling let indirect light into the house all day. There is a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower and a toilet, a bedroom with a walk-in closet, a kitchen and a living room with a sea view. All rooms surround the terrace with fireplace from which you have a fantastic sea view.

From sunrise to sunset you can enjoy the unique view from the penthouse "El Ático Bonito". A separate entrance at ground level and directly from the quiet, car-free street offers you a carefree journey. In front of you lies the bay of Las Playitas with the dreamy beach and fishing boats.
