They are totally isolated and have a separate entrance from the street and a large and sunny terrace for the tenants. Air conditioning (cold/heat) in all rooms. Two full bathrooms (suite and general). Dining room with kitchenette. Suite with bathroom and walk-in closet. Room with two bunk beds. Living room with TV, armchairs, and sofa (bed).
