600 m from the beach (8 min walk), this 24 m2 studio, recently renovated and newly equipped, is a short walk to many shops. Ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean and discovering the Côte d'Azur: Antibes, Cannes, Nice, St Paul de Vence, Monaco, St Jean Cap Ferrat, Grasse, Lérins Islands… To see in Cagnes-sur-Mer: the racecourse, the Renoir Museum, the medieval village of Haut-de-Cagnes. The tourist office, located 900 m away, can offer you multiple activities.

My apartment is at the foot of tram line 2 (Fabron stop), 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the center (Avenue Jean Médecin). Public bikes are found in front of the residence. At the foot of the accommodation: supermarket, bakery, beach 80 meters away. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities. The large terrace allows you to enjoy the sun all year round! Finally, there is free parking about 500 meters from the apartment. The cat moved out😁.

Or have a glass of wine on the balcony and enjoy the city and ocean view. For easy access to the beach take bus 8 or 11 and it will take you there in 5 minutes.

Nice studio in central Nice

This is my third flat I have on Airbnb. Everything is brand new inside the apartment as seen in the pictures. The good thing about this flat is that it has the kitchen separate from the room. The apartment is located on 3rd floor and it has 2 big windows. The building is very quiet as are very few apartments in the building. There is an elevator in the building too.
