Facing the sea, our beautiful 66 m2 apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2022. It is located on the 8th and top floor with elevator in a residential building. It consists of a large entrance hall with storage, two bedrooms (one with a loggia), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a large living room incorporating a lounge, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace, with garden furniture and dining area, offers a splendid sea view.

My apartment is at the foot of tram line 2 (Fabron stop), 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the center (Avenue Jean Médecin). Public bikes are found in front of the residence. At the foot of the accommodation: supermarket, bakery, beach 80 meters away. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities. The large terrace allows you to enjoy the sun all year round! Finally, there is free parking about 500 meters from the apartment. The cat moved out😁.

This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it.
