The elevator starts on the first level, as the ground floor is occupied by a commercial space with separate street access. To reach the apartment, you’ll enter the main door using a code provided before your arrival, go up about 15 steps to the first floor, and then take the elevator directly to the sixth floor, where the apartment is located. Upon exiting the elevator, you’ll access the apartment directly. Inside, you’ll find a modern, functional, and carefully decorated space, ideal for relaxing, remote working, or enjoying a seaside getaway. Its interior combines neutral tones, microcement finishes, and natural materials that create a feeling of calm, harmony, and wellbeing. 🛏 Bedroom: A cozy and comfortable independent bedroom featuring two 1x2 m beds joined as a King-size bed (2x2 m) with hotel-quality mattresses. It includes a large wardrobe, safe, natural ventilation through a window, and a 55” LG Smart TV with internet access. All bedding is 100% white cotton, with two individual Nordic duvets and their covers.
