Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

Independent country house, Rental only from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays and summer period, and 5 nights minimum for the rest of the year. Accommodation for up to 6 guests. The rate is the same for 1 to 4 guests, for any additional guests the rate is automatically adjusted on the site, i.e. €15 per person per day. The accommodation consists of a living room with equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed (140x190), dining room, bathroom with toilet. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with 160x200 beds and a toilet. SOUTH FACING outdoor terrace with outdoor furniture (1 table, 6 chairs & 2 sunbeds). Possibility of providing a travel crib, as well as a baby high chair for free. Sheets and linens are not provided but can be provided as an option.

The accommodation is accessible for people with limited mobility. The cottage is composed of 3 independent houses, surrounded by nature. La Nacre is the house on the right in the cover photo.
