The Dartmoor, one of three gites situated in a small hamlet but within 2km of the charming village of Moncoutant. Stables at the side mean you can say hello to the horses and donkey! The 3* accommodation comprises a spacious living area with a well equipped corner kitchen including fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Upstairs there are two attic bedrooms, one double, one twin with lots of storage space. Please note the shower room is situated downstairs.

Capacité 6 pers. maximum grâce à ses deux chambres avec lit double et le canapé lit dans le séjour. Bel espace extérieur. Parking privé à côté du logement. Linge de lit et de toilette non fourni mais location possible à 10 euros par personne (1 paire de draps + 1 grande et petite serviette). Animaux non acceptés.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.
