Quiet space 25' by metro to BCN center

Comfortable suite with bathroom + living room with another single bed + work and dining area in a residential neighborhood with connection to BCN (25' by train). Ideal for relaxing , with the advantage of fast and frequent public transportation, such as the metro (fare zone 1). The space occupies the first floor of a single-family home, and we live on the lower floor. Access is via a staircase on the side of the house, passing through our garden. With a business license and all permits in order.

The spacious living area features high ceilings with exposed beams and large windows, bathing the space in natural light. A comfortable white sofa is positioned alongside a neutral palette, while a dining table and modern entertainment unit contribute to the open layout.

Beautiful house & garden/ Preciosa casa con jardín

House with first quality finishes in all spaces, lounge carefully worked with modernist tiles made by Gaudí, kitchen Bulthaup, upstairs suite with rustic natural oak wood flooring, sleeping area with king-size bed, bathroom with original ceiling… It is a vintage house completely renovated with lots of light all day and with a large garden of 350 m2 to enjoy the relaxing area in the middle of the trees. Very close to the train station and only 15 minutes from Barcelona both by car and by train.

Small single space good for couples, business people, and families with a kid. Perfect space for two adults but too small for three. The accommodation has a loft bed (150x180) with limited space, not recommended for very tall people. There is also a sofa bed (120x180) for a kid. Located in a natural park, near Sant Cugat del Vallès, 25 min. away of Barcelona downtown in metro (10/15 min. if you walk to the station or 3 min. bus + 22 min. metro). Services: Wifi plus and EV charger.

Visit Barcelona - only 20 minutes from the centre of Barcelona but hidden in the beautiful Collserola National Park. 15 minutes from the charming old town of Sant Cugat. 5 minutes walk to the La Floresta train station. Only 25 minutes drive from Barcelona airport. Relax on the private terrace and enjoy the tranquillity of nature in the mountains, with amazing views and close walking trails. The property is entirely independent with its own separate entrance.

Para disfrutar de Barcelona y aprovechar al mismo tiempo de la naturaleza, propongo un apartamento independiente en una hermosa casa rodeada de arboles . El sitio está en La Floresta, a 600 metros de la estación de Ferrocarril y a menos de 20 minutos de tren de la Rambla ( Plaza de Cataluña ). Los huéspedes disponen de tres habitaciones dobles, salón/comedor, cocina equipada, baño con ducha y 3 terrazas. Se puede aparcar libremente en la calle.

Pequeña casa con vistas increíbles a la montaña y al bosque de Collserola, rodeada de naturaleza, tranquilidad y aire puro. Los senderos que recorren el parque natural empiezan a pocos metros. Es un lugar perfecto para salir a caminar y desconectar totalmente si eso es lo que buscas. Pero además el barrio tiene una excelente conexión de transporte público con el centro de Barcelona.
