Ideally located in Charron to visit the Vendée and its beaches and the islands of the Atlantic coast (Île de Ré, Île d'Oléron, Île d'Aix), Fort Boyard, the Palmyre Zoo, the Poitevin marsh, the Green Venice etc...

Privileged location 100 m from a beautiful beach of La Faute-sur-Mer. 22 m2 2-room apartment with kitchenette, sofa and TV; 1 bedroom with 160 X 190 bed for 2 people, with possibility of separating the beds (on request); Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Terrace with garden table and chairs. Linens and towels are provided. WIFI included. In July and August, 7 nights minimum from Saturday to Saturday.

Listing is rated 2 stars . In Tranche sur Mer, parking lots are paid from April to September, I give you a card that allows you to park for free in the "Stella maris" parking lot 100 m from the accommodation.

This charming 46 m2 house/apartment, freshly renovated is in the historic heart of St Martin (18th century building). Ideally located, a short walk to the port, market and shops. Newly restored mill in the heart of the Marais Poitevin

This former mill (mid-19th century), carefully renovated, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, is classified "4 stars furnished de Tourisme". On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has kept its narrow and original miller's staircase. Combining wood, exterior coating with lime, noble materials, it is turned towards respect for the environment.

Seafood country, close to La Rochelle and Ile de Ré. Puy du Fou 1.5 hours away. Completely independent and closed quiet accommodation on a 400 m2 lot. One pet allowed.

Located in the heart of the grove, this gîte is very close to Puy du Fou (2.5 km). You can access it quickly and easily by a path: we provide you with bicycles. You will find a quiet and peaceful place located in a farmhouse containing the traces of an old castle.
