A very charming apartment!

Ground floor apartment with an 80m2 open living room, comfortable, simple, and beautiful. It has a 1.40x2.00 double bed, 2X 0.90x2.00 and a comfortable double sofa bed. It can comfortably accommodate 5-6 people. Parking will never be a problem and it's free. Just 15 minutes from the beach! It is perfect for enjoying the province of Almería, having all the amenities within walking distance, tapas in bars, strolling or having a nightcap. Welcome! You will feel right at home.

Quiet and comfortable

Quiet apartment in the mountain, 9km from the beach. It has a room with a bed of 150. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. If you wish, we can install a collapsible baby bed. A covered parking space included. Outdoor swimming pool (June to September) and indoor pool (October to May). Free gym room and lounge with foosball, darts, billiards and ping pong. There is also a library. Overlooking the golf course and the sea. There is a spa near the residence.

Get away from routine at this unique and relaxing stay. Perfect for a romantic getaway for 2 or to enjoy as a family. Villa de Vicar is very quiet village surrounded by mountains in the heart of nature. From the house you have beautiful views from the back porch to enjoy a glass of wine while watching sunset or breakfast in the morning sun. Come to us, kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The house is in the middle of two hectares of olive and almond trees. 5 minutes' walk from the white, Andalusian village with restaurants and shopping. 14 km from the beach, 10 minutes from 18-hole golf course and 30 minutes from the airport. The lively port city of Almeria can be reached in 25 minutes. Hiking and mountain bike trails start right in front of the finca.
