It is completely renovated and with all brand new furniture. Views of the village, the sea and Sierra Nevada. It has very easy access because it is next to the main road to unload and with a parking lot very close by. In addition, from the house you can access the main road to do multiple trails. The Chrysanthemum and Dahlia apartments make up the rural paradise "Paraje La Suerte" which is located in a natural environment between the sea and the mountains surrounded by almond trees and various types of fruit trees with impressive views just 5 km from the sea. The city center is 15 minutes away by car, where you will find bars with the best fish and Adra's gastronomy products. Casa Amaranta is a charming little house located on the edge of the Poqueira Ravine. It has wonderful views from the rooms of the house. The cozy atmosphere with a decoration full of details, invite you to spend a few days of tranquility and peace in Capileira. The house was originally the block of a family home and has been carefully restored. The Climalit windows were installed in September 2017, as were the hot water heater and ceramic hob.

Generally quiet, it dresses up for Santa Ana from July 24 to 27 and La Música de las Mozuelas that takes place during the early hours of December 27 to 28.
