La Casa Rural La Pardela es en exclusiva para la familia que alquila el alojamiento y está ubicada en la zona alta del municipio de Arico, en La Cisnera a unos 2 km del casco urbano situado al sureste de la Isla de Tenerife a tan sólo 20 minutos del Aeropuerto del Sur y 30 minutos del Muelle de Los Cristianos y la zona turística de Las Américas. Se trata de una coqueta casa rural, edificada hace más de 200 años y restaurada en el año 2016.
