Come and spend a pleasant stay in this 37m2 apartment located on the 2nd and last floor (no elevator) of a quiet residence with swimming pool, large terrace of 20m2. Pool open from the end of June/early July to early September, 5 min walk to the beach without having to cross the road (underground), 10/15 min walk from the village and the large supervised beach and the Bernerie sea water basin. Beach accessible all year round to dogs in Les Moutiers en Retz. Check-in is after 4 P.M. onwards.

Shops, restaurants/bars 200 m away. Train station is 500 m away. a flowery courtyard allows you to have your meals (barbecue, plancha) outside and to bask in the deckchairs. master bedroom with 2 walk-in closets, children's bedroom with closets, bathroom (shower and washing machine) and new veranda. The studio is new and has a private terrace in a very quiet cul-de-sac ideal for enjoying summer evenings. It is very bright, and close to the sea (3 km), close to the salt marshes of Millac, 15 minutes from the "planète sauvage" safari and 30 minutes from the island of Noirmoutier. Various activities are possible on site (ping-pong, petanque, barbecue, possibility on request to loan equipment for shrimp fishing). The surroundings are suitable for walking and/or cycling.
