El apartamento consta de 3 balcones más y cuenta con caja de seguridad, cámaras de vigilancia, puertas de seguridad, detector de intrusos y detectores de humo conectados con la oficina central las 24 horas del día. Imagínate nadando, haciendo un curso de paddle surf, jugando con tus hijos en la arena, haciendo running a orillas del mediterráneo o sencillamente disfrutando de la variada oferta gastronómica del barrio. La seguridad el apartamento está equipado con caja de seguridad para guardar tus objetos de valor. Hay cámaras de vigilancia, puertas de seguridad, detector de intrusos y detectores de humo conectados con la oficina central las 24 horas del día. 🏠 Normas del apartamento te damos la bienvenida y te pedimos respetar el descanso de los vecinos: evita ruidos fuertes, portazos y fiestas, especialmente después de las 22:00. No está permitido alojar más personas de las indicadas en la reserva; si se incumplen las normas, podrías ser desalojado sin reembolso. 🔑 Llaves y check-out si sales antes, deja las llaves sobre la mesa y cierra la puerta al salir. Recuerda cerrar siempre con llave. La Barceloneta is an old neighborhood with many restaurants and oescadores beach, is the fashionable area of Barcelona. - - - precioso apartamento en Barceloneta en el centro de barcelona al lado de la playa frente a Port Vell en una zona muy centrica cerca de ramblas barrio gotico y el borne. Preciosas vistas de barcelona, totalmente equipado, tv, dvd, pc, internet aire acondicionado ascensor 60 metros cuadrados cocina independiente con lavadora horno eléctrico y microondas tiene ademas salon comedor y dos habitaciones. Con balcon sobre port Vell muy luminoso. Una habitación con dos camas y otra habitación con literas. La Barceloneta es un barrio de antiguo de pescadores con muchos restaurantes y playa, es la zona de moda de barcelona.

The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.
