It is about 15 km to Kinsarvik with Mikkelparken and to Eidfjord city center and beach, where the trip can continue to Hardangervidda. Nice place overlooking mountains and Granvinsvatnet, bathing area by the water. Granvin is well suited for hiking in forests and mountains. Granvin is a nice starting point for trips in Hardanger, Sognefjorden and Bergen ☀️ -20 min to Voss which is the commercial center for the region. -30 min to Eidfjord with Vøringsfossen, Kjeåsen and Hardangervidda -70 mins to Odda - 1 hour 50 min to Bergen There are bus services to Voss, Ulvik, and Odda. (Holven is in the Skyss app, Hollve)

Drengstova", an apartment that is located in the barn with a private balkong facing the fjord, Sørfjorden. At the dock it’s nice to take a bath, fish or just enjoy the view. Fogefonna sommerskisenter is one houer by car from us. There are many fine hiking in the surrounding area. The most famous are Trolltunga, Oksen and the waterfalls in Husedalen,Kinsarvik. It's nice to cycle along the fjord into Agatunet or against Utne with Utne hotel, and Hardanger Folkemuseeum .
