Guests have access to a private parking spot in the underground garage with wallbox to charge the car, a high-end kitchen with oven, steamer, dishwasher, etc., private washer/dryer, two bathrooms (shower/wc, bathtub/wc), two bedrooms and a comfortable office space. The Zurich city center is only 10 minutes away by public transport and can also be reached by bicycle. Perfect for long-stay and families

Gemütliche 2-Zimmer Wohnung nähe Zürich

Wir vermieten eine sehr schöne, neu möblierte und gemütliche 30m2-Wohnung mit separatem Schlafzimmer. Im offenen Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Essplatz hat es ein grosses Bettsofa. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Wohnungseingang und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss (keine Stufen), der gratis Parkplatz ist direkt neben der Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Dorf und ist einfach zu finden. Nur drei Minuten zur Bushaltestelle, 40 Minuten nach Zürich. Wir, die Gastgeberfamilie, wohnen im Obergeschoss.

Lake, opera house and Stadelhofen train station, from which Zurich airport can be reached in 20 minutes, are within 2 minutes walking distance. The old town, Bahnhofstrasse and the Kunsthaus Zürich are within 10 minutes walking distance. Restful sleep in extra large bed 200cm x 200cm. Dyson fan and air purifier for allergy sufferers are available.

Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Busstation ist 1 Km entfernt.

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.
