🌈 Welcome to the green heart of Austria! Our home is in a lovely village beneath a mountain, 15 miles from Graz, Austria's beautiful second city. There are hourly buses from a bus stop just 2 minutes away. We're only 10 minutes' walk from a family-friendly wellness centre with a lake and other leisure activities. Many walking trails start from here. The house (500 years old, forming a bridge over the road) is a halfway point on the pilgrim path between Mariatrost & Weiz Basilica. 🌈

Präbichl is in Semriach near Graz (not Eisenerz). The house is very quiet without artificial light nearby. Outdoor lighting available. Parking spot outside the house. No other guests Linens, towels, hair dryer are provided. In the kitchen there are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, bookcase with lots of games, even for kids. Bei uns steht die Ruhe im Vordergrund. Hier ist der ideale Ort für Mondspaziergänge und Walderkundungen. Es leben hier viele Waldtiere wie Rehe, Gams, Füchse, Eulen, Dachs und Feuersalamander.
