There are lots cafés and restaurants in the neighborhood but the flat overlooks a street that is quiet at night. It is on the 3rd floor, so it is very bright.

The area is cut by a massive forest from the center so the air quality is perfect, you will be disturbed by birds and squirrels most likely:)

The garden pool, the 6-person hot tub and the entire property are for guest use only, and the owner does not live on the property.
