位於東勢往大雪山林道5K路旁，從東勢市區搭乘公車250、251可直達，海拔445公尺，夏夜涼爽。院子有落雨松、茄苳、桂花和九重葛等植物，綠意盎然，蟲鳴鳥叫、空氣清新，有涼亭和大理石桌，在戶外BBQ和泡茶時可以利用。常有大冠鷲盤旋，就會聽到牠們的鳴叫，讓您忘卻塵囂煩惱。1樓採光通風佳，有一間廁所，洗衣機、電冰箱和電視機(僅供連線手機觀賞)，簡易廚房有水槽和餐具，方便您在室內或戶外野炊烹煮。有兩張大松木桌，可供用餐或聚會。2樓入口請拖鞋，樓梯旁有一獨立小床，二樓為原木地板大通鋪，有床墊，可睡很多人，讓您一家大小或親朋好友都可以共處一室，享受林間的放鬆。另有沙發床可使用。有吧檯和一間衛浴，有沐浴乳和洗髮精，但牙刷毛巾請自備。有的七個窗戶和一個陽台落地窗，並有晾衣處。雖然有被毯，但疫情時期，建議攜帶個人睡袋或被毯比較安全衛生。提供寵物友善的空間，2樓設有IRIS雙層跳台貓籠，但貓砂和尿墊等寵物衛生用品要自備。使用後也請用垃圾袋包好。附近散步景點：坪埔伯公祠，可見石角溪。向上叉路可往中坑坪伯公祠。 5K驛站到東勢市區開車只要10分鐘，並且有24小時的楓康超市，最近的7-11開車只要6分鐘。

我們是位於奧萬大群山海拔900公尺的山區小屋，交通方便，公車也可到達。到萬大生態電廠只需10分鐘車程，到武界部落只需20分鐘車程，到奧萬大國家森林公園僅需20分鐘車程，到清境農場需40分鐘車程，到合歡山約1小時30分鐘車程。小屋內有寬敞明亮的客廳，有設備齊全的廚房，還有乾淨舒適的三間臥室。室內設有分離式變頻冷暖氣，室外備有免費停車場。小屋外有戲水池和沙坑及近千坪的草地，適合孩子玩耍奔跑。我們這裡有陽光、和風、竹林、草地、小池、遠山，可以住宿也能露營，是一處親友歡聚，體驗山林森活的靜謐之地。
