Welcome to the forest home! Our house is located at almost 1000 meters above sea level on the edge of the forest in the climatic health resort of Semmering. We have 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen in a total area of about 340 sq.m. Large fenced garden and forest with terrace and barbecue facilities. Inexpensive shuttle to the train station and all important places in the area. The nearest ski area (with ample parking) is 5 km away. For children we have a well-equipped playroom.

Our alpine house is located at approx. 800 meters and is located, all alone, surrounded by meadows and forests. You feel the tranquility and the power of nature. Here the clocks tick slower and you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A walk through the forest and the sound of the stream grounds your senses and gives you the opportunity to rest and recharge your batteries. Hiking: Ganzalm, Pretul, Scheibe, Stuhleck, etc. Culture: The nearby Semmering offers great attractions.

The cozy accommodation is an ideal location for hiking and skiing, for relaxing or for working from home when the summer gets too hot in the city! Shopping, an inn, a bus stop, a train station and the Stuhleck ski area are only a few hundred meters away. Right by the Semmering Railway World Heritage Site, 100 km from both Vienna and Graz. Many destinations can be reached in 1 hour by car: Lake Neusiedl, Mariazell, Hohe Wand, Rax and Schneeberg for hiking and much more.

Quiet apartment in St. Kathrein am Hauenstein

Cozy apartment in a central location: inn, coffee house, SPAR, swimming pond and mini golf are within walking distance. Ski lift St. Kathrein am Hauenstein in a few minutes by car, Stuhleck in about 30 minutes.Cross-country skiing in St. Jakob im Walde after about 15 minutes. The apartment offers a bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, a pull-out couch and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.

Villa Sebaldi: Pure summer fun

Our lovingly restored Villa Sebaldi offers plenty of space on two levels. There is a total of over 300 m² with 6 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and two living rooms are available. Two dining rooms complete the coziness. From the kitchen there is a small terrace and on the upper floor the magnificent veranda balcony with a view of the Rax. Around the house there is a spacious garden where you can barbecue in summer, or simply relax under the old apple tree.

Cosy Cottage in the mountains

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and charming space. It is always something special to cook, barbecue, celebrate or laugh together at the big table or on the terrace with the big family, with another friendly family, or with your own friends. A beautiful house made of pure wood close to the Semmering and Stuhleck ski resorts, close to the Schneeberg and Rax hiking areas. Bicycles are available free of charge.

Rural Retreat with all comfort

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Chalet at the organic farm - Styria

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
