Lillstugan - the cosy cottage on the countryside

"Lillstugan" is a cosy cottage in the middle of Sweden. It is located just beside our main house and is integrated in our farm, which is situated in the middle of a nice little village called Löa. We are surrounded by fields and forests, nature is just outside. Lush environments around the streams, deep forests, meadows, fields, grazing animals and lakes mean that the bird life is rich (approx. 145 species seen by us) It is a fully functional cottage and mainly for up to a small family.

A small but cozy house in the countryside that has most of what you need. Newly renovated toilet and hall, fresh kitchen, fireplace and large fenced garden. Nice view of the fields where you can see, for example, wolves, wild boars, deer, moose and red deer. There is also a large and well-kept bird-watching tower just a few hundred meters from the house where you have fantastic views of the wetland below where, especially in the spring, many different species of birds land

A uniqe cottage at a small farm 200 m from Hjälmaren. We try to walk as light on earth as possible. The environment is perfect for relaxing nature experiences. Close to both forest and lake. 200 meters to Hedströmmen - you can both see and hear the steam from the cottage. It is five minutes by car to the child-friendly bathing area Sandviksbadet in Långsvan. In addition, there are several bathing areas and canoe trails nearby.

The property is located about 6 km north of Lindesberg. On the farm there are sheep and horses. Around there are nice walking paths and wonderful nature with mushroom and berry fields. About 3 mil north is Klotens fishing area. Proximity to Bergslagsleden. Bathing areas are within the immediate area. The distance to Stockholm is about 18 mil and to Örebro about 4.5 mil. There is a train station in Lindesberg.
