Additionally, the apartment is within walking distance to the charming old town of Günzburg. In the surrounding area, beautiful hiking trails and the Günz river await exploration. The apartment has its own entrance and a terrace. As residents of the house, we are always available for questions and are happy to share tips about the area.

The apartment is 72 m², a large terrace with a gas grill. The kitchen is fully equipped with, for example, a fully automatic coffee machine and food processor. Parking space is available in front of the house.

The duplex apartment has its entrance on the 2nd floor, where you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, the open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and the living-dining area. A staircase leads to the large sleeping area in the very spacious attic. There is a single bed and a bunk bed.
