My house is a fully renovated house located in a very well located residential area, an 8-minute walk from Ojima Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line. Before 2022, we rented this airbnb as shared-house. so some of the reviews in the past before 2022 may not be accurate anymore. we can hold the luggage from 9am on the check-in date, also we can hold the luggage until 7pm on the check-out date. We  pick-up  at Aoto Station for check-in ( 1 pick-up for 1 reservation.) ※There may be construction noise in the next house during day time 8:30am-5pm in 2025.

This house is an old Japanese traditional house built in 1948. We renovated inside so it is very clean and comfortable. I am an artist There is a kitchen and living area at the1st floor and you can see the little Japanese garden from it. The 2nd floor is an also traditional tatami room and sleep with Japanese style of bed (FUTON) so you will have real Japanese life style at our place.
