A sunny apartment located on the ground floor on the southwest side of the first shoreline. It has a living room connected to a kitchen equipped with necessary appliances and cooking utensils. The bathroom is comfortable and spacious. The corner terrace provides the opportunity to relax in the sun while protecting from the wind. The apartment is functionally furnished, with two spacious closets in the hallway. Beach equipment (screen, two sun loungers, and a tent) are available for guests.
