Modern house with a nice view. Eco friendly home which produces its own electricity. The house is situated in the back if our yard, separated by trees and garden from our family house, to maintain your privacy. The shower is only in the main house, but its not a problem to use it... :) We have a nice jacuzzi, which you can use anytime :) Moderny dom s peknym vyhladom situovany na konci zahrady. Our wooden cabin is situated between two rivers. So it is a wonderfull and very peacefull place to stay. Downstair, there is a main room, with modern kitchen, fridge, washing machine, diswasher machine... there is a fireplace, that can heat whole cabin. The large terace is great place where you can enjoy your cup of tea or coffee. the garden and surounding is a really great place for kids. and if the weather will be bad, thay will maybe happy from swing low in the cabin... :-)

You can get to the city center from us in 10 minutes. You need the same time to get to the train and bus stations. In the narrow neighborhood you will also find a commercial center with groceries and a cinema, a city park on one side, a forest park of brezina on the other. Right below the house, you can have a coffee and your car can safely park for free right in front of the entrance. We welcome all people of good will even with their four-legged friends.

Upravené okolie domčeka pre Vaše pohodlie: terasa s lehátkami a vaničkami na kúpanie v lete, kaďa s vyhrievanou vodou na jarné a jesenné dni, vonkajšie posedenie na čiastočne krytej terase vedľa malého rybníka, priestor na grilovanie či opekanie. It lies in the Súľov Mountains, 6 km (3.7 miles) from Považská Bystrica. With wild and rare flora and fauna, its perfect for rock climbers, nature lovers and families. It's a short walk from the crag and very comfortable.

Malá Praha in the center of Žilina

To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time. I really like hosting guests.
