The downstairs apartment at The Bank is right in the centre of Koroit. A bright, open modern fully renovated accommodation in period style. It is in walking distance to all the beauties of this heartland of Irish heritage in Western Victoria. A walk from the house can access Tower hill and even the ride/bike trail to Warrnambool and Port Fairy. We love the hinter lands to the North; the volcanic plains and the Grampians (Gariwerd.) This cozy one-bedroom cottage is situated on a picturesque hobby farm, 10 minutes from Warrnambool. The self-contained cottage is accessed by a private tree-lined entrance and is surrounded by two and a half acres of well-established trees and gardens. The peaceful property is surrounded by rolling green pastures and guests can enjoy watching the sheep and cows from the front veranda. You may also be lucky enough to spot our resident Koala in his favorite tree in the garden.

We have kept the original character of our 100 year old cottage but added all the modern amenities needed with an large extension. Tikalara is located in town a short walk to the shops and cafes, and an easy walk to the South beach. Two bedrooms provide one queen size bed and two singles. There are 2 modern bathrooms and 2 living spaces each with their own TV. A gas log fire will welcome you on a cold winters day as you enjoy the view to the south beach across the dunes.
