Our facility [Sangakuin] is a house that is like a hideaway, quietly nestled in a residential neighborhood. It has a Japanese-style room with tatami mats and a small Japanese garden, and you can enjoy the first floor of a house that feels like a peaceful Japanese life. We provide a stroller so that you can spend time with peace of mind even with small children. We also have bicycles available for free and a Nintendo Switch that you can enjoy indoors. There are local restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance where you can experience real Fukuoka life, so please enjoy cycling and walking. LaLaport Fukuoka is also recommended. - In front of the station & double access 2-minute walk to the nearest JR Sasabaru Station! 2 stations from Hakata station, 7 minutes by train. Nishitetsu Ijiri Station is also a 7-minute walk away. The facility is not centrally located, but you can easily access Hakata and Tenjin by train. • There is a free parking lot (2 cars can be parked in a row), but the front road and width are narrow, so if you are not good at parking a large car such as a family car, please use the coin-operated parking lot in the neighborhood. Tim's Place, Tim's stead. This is a simple Wannabe house handmade by a host who majored in architecture. It's a house where guests can experience seasonal changes out the window, watch a movie with the beam projector in the living room on weekends, cook spaciously on the island counter/dining table, rest comfortably in the well-thought-out bed during their stay, and a house filled with the romance of wanting to invite friends to stay up all night and talk comfortably. While it is suitable for a small party room as it can accommodate a large number of people and has convenient transportation, it is a place where, on a quiet morning, you can walk through Gyeongui Line Forest Road with your pet, explore nearby restaurants during the day, enjoy busking on the way home, stay up all night at Yeonnam-dong and Hongdae streets in front of the house if you feel like it, then afterwards relax in the cozy house. Being a house designed for residential use, the furniture, fixtures, and home appliances where well thought out. And I always thought of comfort rather than glamour.
