If you want shorter trips, there are trails and fishing waters nearby. The cabin is sheltered, about 100 meters from the farm and has entered electricity but no running water in. Water can be collected outside at the main residence. There is wood burning in the cabin. Outhouse in the extension/wood stall. Good mobile/4G coverage.

Barrier into the cottage area where the cottage is located. Possibility of parking for several cars outside the cottage. Your own firewood may be brought for possible heating of the stove. In Brunkulla II you live both primitive and comfortable - water you pick up in the creek, hot water you get by heating on the stove - yourself you get hot from carrying the water bucket up the hill! If you want to get really hot, take a wood-fired sauna with portable shower. The cottage has three beds - 1x120cm, 2x90cm and is heated with electricity and/or wood stove! Close to the mountain massif!

Log cabin 55 sqm located by the sandy beach of Gevsjön. With a wood-fired sauna and a great location for those who want to fish in Gevsjön or be close to skiing in Duved, Åre or Storulvån. The cottage is located with a direct proximity to the lake that invites activities all year round. Cooking over an open fire at the cottage's barbecue area is much appreciated by guests. Parking for cars and snowmobiles is available. 10 minutes by car to Duved. 15 minutes by car to Åre village. 30 minutes by car to Storulvån mountain station.

Welcome to a charming track guardian cottage in peaceful location. Here you live both individually and easily accessible, right between the mountains in beautiful Ånn. Scooter, ski trails and hiking trails just around the corner. Two outdoor cats are in the yard. They are very social and would love to come and go in their cat flap into the house. Feed and water are automated so they do not need to be supervised 🙂
