The cottage is quietly located on the banks of the Iijoki River. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 guests. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunity. Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

Peaceful apartment🌿🌿

The apartment (1 bedroom) is with a separate entrance and privacy, in connection with the front man's house. Accommodation is for one person and only occupied by the person who made the reservation. In Finland's best selected residential area of Karjasilta, near the center of Oulu (about 2 km). Kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, induction stove, coffee maker, air fryer, kettle and dishes 1 free bike in summer time, there is a heat place for the car. You can also get the key with a lock code. The property is located in a quiet residential area, in the yard of a detached house, about 15km from the center of Oulu. The apartment is in mint condition, has sleeping accommodations for two and an air mattress for a third if necessary. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. Other things to note: There is a folder on the table in the hallway with some instructions for the renter regarding the apartment, be sure to read it, thank you.
