It has a spacious terrace and a lift. To Lake Constance and Lochau train station is about 500 meters. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. Lochau is centrally located between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain).

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

Spacious apartment on the 1st floor of an apartment building. For leisure/work and can host 2 people. Lots of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Public connections: Zurich main station: about 15 min Oerlikon station: about 13 min Zurich airport: about 25 min Highway access road is close by. Coop Supermarket (open 6 days a week until 9 PM) across the street. Irchelpark for walks and jogging is 5 minutes away. U of Zürich in the vicinity.
