The hen house is located in the middle of the beautiful Permagarten, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhaupten. Gabi and Guido live their dream of independence here and want to expand the farm sustainably and suitable for grandchildren. For example, the walls and ceiling of the hen house were made from the over 200-year-old plank boards of the main house. The "gray water" is used in the garden and the "separating toilet" works without drinking water flushing. Es handelt sich hier um ein gemütliches älteres Haus komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht, auch wenn die Einrichtung jetzt nicht mehr so modern ist fühlen sich unsere Gäste immer sehr wohl darin. Das Haus ist ca. 800 Meter direkt vom Bodensee entfernt. Und hat ein Wohnfläche von über 150qm. Wir erlauben 1 Haustier. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Bahnhof ca. 700 Meter, eine Bushaltestelle nur einige Meter, ein Bäcker ca. 200 Meter und ein kleiner Gemüsestand ca. 400 Meter.

In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Welcome to our 2nd home. Hidden away in the village of the old town of Ueberlingen. You can have a quiet and relaxing time as well as the opportunity to enjoy the busy and bustling city with it's lovely cobbled streets, the market place, the lake with ice cream parlours, restaurants and pubs. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two family house with two balconies and a garden.

Historic farmhouse in a quiet location

The apartment has been newly built in an old farmhouse (anno 1833). During construction, care was taken to use as many natural building materials as possible (wood, clay, hemp). The partitions were designed as half-timbered walls. The living room forms a room with the kitchen. The apartment is about 60 m² and is barrier-free.
