The studio is located only 7 minutes from the birthplace - Nikola Tesla center and 20 minutes from the Adriatic Sea. It is ideal for a short stay, work break, weekend getaway, swimming in the sea or as a base for exploring untouched nature. Note: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an older building without an elevator, it shares a common corridor with another accommodation unit.

There's a church nearby. At 9m there is a bear sanctuary where the entrance is free. It's 50 km to the sea. Plitvice Lakes National Park is 62 km 60min away. Northern Velebit National Park is 40 km away, 60 min. The place is very quiet, the house is secluded and hidden from view. Ideal for families. There is a barbecue and free wood on the terrace.
