The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality, very comfortable box spring bed, a large wardrobe and its own TV. The living room invites you to relax with it's chaise lounge and beanbag. TV, Wi-Fi, Google Chromecast and DVDs are available. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, blender, microwave and dishwasher. The daylight bathroom features a walk-in shower. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entrance and a parking space directly in front of the door.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

The so called"Vogelhof" on the Harthöfe, which belongs to the city of Nusplingen, is rounded off by our active horse stable. All of our animals (horses, goats, chickens, ducks, cats and dogs) are kept according to our philosophy on the approx. 70,000 sqm farm. In winter, many opportunities for winter sports can be found close by with appropriate snow conditions.
