Dear guests, our apartment is very suitable for 1-2 people on vacation / on weekends / seminars for relaxation, stop-over, for internship or seminar - in the midst of an extremely quiet, green residential area; with separate entrance and parking on the property. Also very conveniently located: 5 minutes from the highway, 8 minutes to the S-Bahn, 10 minutes to the city center by bike. Exercise? Then hike, jog or walk directly into the countryside! Check-in is usually possible after 5 pm.

Good location as A8, B27, airport, trade fair, barracks, Stuttgart City and Swabian Alb nearby, good and quick to reach. In the village there are supermarkets, post office, restaurants, bars, banks, doctors etc.. Distance to the airport by car about 10 minutes. Bus about 10 min. on foot.
