120 sqm house with 3 bedrooms, with beds for 8 adults. There is another extra bed (sofa bed) inside the living room, so 9 beds in total. The house is located 600 meters to a beach and 200 meters to supermarkets. The train station is 150m from the house. Trains run to Copenhagen every 10 minutes. The train ride to inner Copenhagen takes 20 minutes. The train ride to the airport takes 40 minutes. Charger for electric car 25 meters from the house. Free parking at the house. There is an outdoor trampoline from April 21st and even autumn holidays.

The guest house is in the original barn building, which, after a thorough renovation, has achieved a fantastic transformation. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout. This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue.

Private annex near lake / close to Copenhagen

25 m2 clean, nice and cosy annex with all the facilities. There is a double bed (180x200), 2 chairs, table, cabinet, new kitchen with owen, hobs etc., a nice bathroom / toilet and a washing machine. The annex is situated at a 2000 m2 garden with private distance to the main house and with the forest in the back yard. There is 700 meter to a fantastic bathing lake, which is one of the cleanest lakes in Denmark. It takes approximately 30 min to get to Copenhagen.

Cottage by the Sea

Come experience beautiful Lomma by staying in our charming guest house right by the beach. Calm and stressless surroundings. Take a morning or an evening walk along the beautiful beach of Lomma. Have your lunch and dinner on the large terrace facing the water. Enjoy the magical sunset first row. 10 min by car to both Lund and Malmö. Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.

Includes a kitchen/living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a bedroom with 2 beds, a bathroom, and an entrance hall. Small separate garden with secluded terrace. Dogs are allowed, however, a maximum of 2. Can run freely on the entire property by arrangement. Smoking in the house is not allowed; it must take place outdoors.
