Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

120 sqm house with 3 bedrooms, with beds for 8 adults. There is another extra bed (sofa bed) inside the living room, so 9 beds in total. The house is located 600 meters to a beach and 200 meters to supermarkets. The train station is 150m from the house. Trains run to Copenhagen every 10 minutes. The train ride to inner Copenhagen takes 20 minutes. The train ride to the airport takes 40 minutes. Charger for electric car 25 meters from the house. Free parking at the house. There is an outdoor trampoline from April 21st and even autumn holidays.

The guest house is in the original barn building, which, after a thorough renovation, has achieved a fantastic transformation. Come experience beautiful Lomma by staying in our charming guest house right by the beach. Calm and stressless surroundings. Take a morning or an evening walk along the beautiful beach of Lomma. Have your lunch and dinner on the large terrace facing the water. Enjoy the magical sunset first row. 10 min by car to both Lund and Malmö. Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.

Can, by agreement, run loose on the whole property. Smoking in the house is not allowed, but must take place outdoors.
