The chalet is a cozy place for couples and families and is directly adjacent to our old house. Quiet residential area surrounded by gardens. Within walking distance of Lake Kochel, the boat dock, the Franz Marc Museum. There is a wide range of leisure and cultural activities in the immediate vicinity.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment.
