Comfortable and bright apartment in a quiet part of the city. It has been recently renovated and provides a feeling of warmth and home. Near the apartment there are a number of restaurants, cafes, parks, Wilson's promenade. There are shops nearby. Distance 4 km from the city center, 10 minutes by car, 15 minutes by city transport. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator. No parties. You can check yourself in with the lockbox, the host will be happy to come and show you the apartment in person if you want.
