At first glance, I felt the potential and eyes of the place where I finished my role, Nishimura, a "abandoned house regeneration architectural group" based in Kobe. The "Artistic Hotel to Stay", which they created with the concept of "secret urban base", opened in August 2023. Total area is 93 ㎡.Renovated an entire 3-story building. * The hotel part is on the 2nd floor, 3rd floor, and rooftop Because of the living space on the second floor and the bedroom separate structure on the third floor, it can be used spaciously for couples as well as families and groups. The interior utilizes the texture of the concrete and the open space with the ceiling pulled out.The exterior exterior is an unimaginable stylish design to stimulate your sensibilities. There is also an island kitchen with a huge one board.It is also a great place for small events. This is an ocean view unit on the most ocean side of the building called Gem base in Suma. (Room No.1) During the summer beach season (July and August), the beach house and the BBQ restaurant next door will be open, so it will be lively until around 9 pm. Because the railroad is near, you will hear the sound of the train running. Paid parking is not available onsite, so pay parking is available nearby. The interior is the main accommodation room on the second floor, and the first floor is a large free space (with a sofa bed) that can be used freely, not only for couples and friends, but also from families with small children to business travelers. With that in mind, I took care of the empty Nishimura Residence. - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.
