Nice holiday home in beautiful area!

Beautiful Huay Yang is 30 miles south of Bangkok and 12 miles south of Hua Hin. Highway and railway pass the village but at a good distance from the residential area and the house. Nice spacious house in beautifully planted area in peaceful beautiful Huay Yang. A tropical idyllic fishing village with a genuine Thai environment, close to the locals. Cozy restaurants w/ local and international dishes. 400 m to pristine, milelang beach. Large communal pool in the grounds including own children's pool. Motor(bike),- moped rental.

Tilgang på stor tak terrasse 360 graders utsikt med barbeque, utekjøkken og sofagruppe og henge køyer etter avtale. Svømmebasseng og jacussi 15 meter fra huset. Vi kan tilby vannaktiviteter som seiling, kitesurfing, SUP og fantastiske EFoil. Vi opplever stadig at gjester forlenger dagene her🥰 .

Villa Aruna 1 is one of 10 luxurious villas with direct beachfront access, in the small fishing village Huay Yang, 350 km south of Bangkok. Our Villa is recently renovated in light color with a lot of beautiful bamboo furniture and deco. It’s a perfect place to relax and restore. To spend time in the sun on the patio only a footstep away from the ocean or take a dip in the pool or the jacuzzi. In the sunset it’s nice to relax on the big rooftop where you find several sofas and lounge chairs.

A serene outdoor area features a private pool surrounded by lush landscaping and a bamboo fence. Two lounge chairs sit by the pool, with light softly illuminating the space at night. The adjacent house blends harmoniously into the tranquil setting.

The town is located about 300 km south of Bangkok and a good hour south of Hua Hin. All in all a great escape from a busy life to a relaxing and safe area!

Ensuite master-br, 2nd br ensuite-both w/king-sized beds/walk-in closets. 3rd ensuite br w/large queenbed + 2 single beds. Sleeps 8 very comfortable. In case of larger groups the TV room sleeps 6 kids/adults depending on closeness. 1 more person could sleep on the living room sofa. 5 simple fold-out mattresses available. Max total sleepers is really 16-20.

The apartment has an incredible view over the sea , It has 2 bedrooms and two toilets with shower , laundry room and a well equipped kitchen. Transport to and from Huay yang we are happy to convey good connections. When you check out, you pay for cleaning and for washing sheets and towels 2000 bath And you pay for the electricity and water you used.
