Die Anstrengungen lohnen sich jedoch aufgrund des hohen Komforts, welcher die Wohnung bietet. Vier Gäste können in zwei separaten Schlafzimmern mit je einem Doppelbett (160x200cm) übernachten. Die Unterkunft verfügt über Waschmaschine, TV, Küche und Balkon. In 15 Minuten erreicht man den Flughafen mit den ÖV!

Historic, calm & stylish

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth and by spring 2023 we will be almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof. Until then possible workemissions.

Luxuriously designed apartment in the heart of Glattbrugg, well connected to the highway and the public transport network of the city and the airport (although it is only 5 minutes by car from the airport, the sound insulation of the apartment is very good and you do not hear the noise of the planes inside.) A 3-minute walk from both train stations, you can explore the city and its nightlife, supermarkets, restaurants and fitness are also nearby.
