Our cozy apartment with fireplace has a fantastic view on the glacier and is in a quite corner of Klosters. The Gotschna Gondola is 7 walking minutes away, as are all the restaurants and shops. The 100m2 are set up to give a spacious feeling the the high ceiling (see the charming beams?) and the combined living and dining room. Idyll am See

Das Haus liegt am Schwarzsee in Davos Laret. Davos ist mit ÖV erreichbar. Es hat einen grossen Wohnraum mit Küche, Esstisch, Schlafsofa und Holzofen. Das Bad hat WC und Dusche. Wasser aus eigener Quelle, Strom, Warmwasser sind vorhanden. Im OG hat es zwei Schlafzimmer. Das Haus eignet sich optimal für bis zu 7 Personen, es gehen jedoch auch 8. Im Winter parkiert man an der Strasse. Von dort sind es 150m auf einem Pfad bis zum Haus. Wenn es frisch geschneit hat ist es etwas beschwerlich.

The apartment (studio/loft) is located in an apartment building with 5 residential units. The apartment has an outdoor parking space. In a five-minute walk you can reach public transport (bus). In a 10-minute walk you can reach the swimming beach on Lake Walen. Five minutes away by car is the gondola lift to the ski, hiking and biking area of Flumserberg / Prodkamm. The Walensee/Sarganserland vacation region offers countless opportunities to be active, but also for rest and relaxation.

Apartment Frauenschuh in the Lenzerheide region

The renovated 3.5-room holiday apartment is located on the quiet outskirts of Churwalden, a charming village that serves as the gateway to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski area. The village center, with shops, restaurants, a swimming pool, an ice rink, and cable cars, is a maximum of 10 minutes on foot. The return journey from the ski area to the house is possible with skis, or alternatively, the bus can be used. The Furnerschhus bus stop is located about 100 meters from the apartment.

The perfect place for a little break from everyday life. The 2-storey penthouse on 130m2 scores with a unique location. There is a restaurant right next to the residence. If you want to enjoy the sun, you can only go to the door and are right on the lake. Or maybe it draws you into the mountains, then off to the slopes, the gondola lift is easily accessible on foot in 300 meters. By the way, you can arrive by train without any problems and are at 250 meters from the penthouse.

3 ½ Chesa Maluns

Die Chesa Maluns wurde in den 80er-Jahren im Chaletstil gebaut. Sie befindet sich in einem Residenz-Quartier am Mülliweg, beim Erlenwald, in einer idyllischen Umgebung mit Wiese, Wald und Bächlein. Von dort bis zur «Promenade» sind es am Fluss entlang nur wenige Schritte. Das Zentrum mit Geschäften, Post, Banken und der Gotschnabahn liegt knapp 10 Gehminuten von dort entfernt. Die Liegenschaft geniesst absolute Ruhe und viel Sonne.

Luxury 3.5 room apartment directly on the Walensee

Very nice large two bedroom apartment. Lovely location for skiing in winter or swimming in the lake in summer. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the ski lift. The apartment has beautiful views of the lake, harbor and mountains. All in all, a unique place in the park and in Switzerland! Linen and towels are included! Cot and chair are provided. I rent out my own apartment myself and am not affiliated with anything.

Hostel to the little gorge

In springtime 2016 we bought that 300 year old house and renovated it until the end of the year. It's one of the oldest houses in Sufers. It's a great pleasure to us to be able to offer you now the new furnished 3-rooms apartment. Our house is right at the river bank of a rushin mountain stream. On one side of the house you feel like beeing somewhere in nature, on the other side you are in the village.
