Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

Secret getaway in a romantic vineyard cottage

A century old Vila Vilma is a fairy tale house hidden between the vineyards. Its unique location makes it a perfect choice for a romantic getaway or a family escape to the country. Relax in the hot tub, enjoy the view from the swing or treat yourself with local wines from our wine cellar. Our delicious house wine is included in the price. Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

This special place has its own unique style. The house under the cherry tree has wooden structures, clay and lime plasters. Its walls are made of straw and provide good thermal insulation. This natural construction allows all of us who step under its roof to relive the magical past of Prekmurje and get closer to the traditions that have been preserved over the centuries. The house is located on a hill in the village of Ropoča, in the Municipality of Rogašovci.

The apartment is located in the middle of the wine and culinary region of Klöch in the Styrian thermal baths and volcanic region and thus offers the perfect starting point for your vacation activities and culinary explorations. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people or a family with a double bed and a pull-out sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and is perfect for social evenings. Towels and toiletries are available on site as well as two yoga mats

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

Kellerstöckl in Styrian volcano land

The light-flooded cellar is located on a sunny, quiet vineyard in the Styrian Vulkanland. The spa town of Bad Radkersburg is only 12 km away. The original part of the cellar is made of stone and well over 100 years old and was supplemented by a modern annex made of wood and glass, resulting in a perfect symbiosis of rusticity and modernity. The exceptionally beautiful view over the vineyards to our neighboring country of Slovenia is also convincing.

Holiday home Fortmüller

The 70m² big house is located at a bike path and hiking path and it´s the perfect place to enjoy your vacation with up to 5 people. For free time activities there are many cultural and culnary experiences. There is the "Thermal spring Bad Gleichenberg for calming. For the athletics is the horse farm next door the perfect place to ride with fun through the beautiful landscapes of the vulcan-land and to be in harmony with the natur and the animals.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
