"Studion" is a one-floor apartment with large areas and a nice patio/garden with garden furniture. The original limestone barn from the 19th century has housed many different businesses over the years. But now an apartment with most of what you need for a relaxing vacation. Several living rooms with comfortable seating and dining areas. One bedroom with a double bed, one sleeping loft with a comfortable 140 cm floor mattress, two single beds under the sleeping loft with drapes. Well-equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Sea view from the property, the sea is barely a 15-minute walk from the bed, and there is a hiking trail nearby. Dinners are enjoyed in the conservatory accompanied by magical sunsets. There are two beds in the main house, and a guest house with two additional beds. In the main house there is also a well-equipped kitchen, living room, and bathroom with shower, washing machine and combustion toilet. Note: Renovation in progress, new pictures coming.

End the day with a glass of wine on the balcony as the sun sets over the treetops. Cozy forest paths start directly from the property, and in 500 meters you reach the sea for a morning swim, an evening walk along the beach or a pizza at Sandhamn's pizzeria. Newly built house near beach, Djupvik

Enjoy a newly built modern house in a quiet forest edge by the Eksta coast and Djupvik harbor. The house is located privately with a 10-minute beautiful walk down to Djupvik's beach, ice cream and restaurant. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6-8. Morning and evening sun on different sides of the house. Hammocks in the edge of the forest. There is a guest house on the property that can also be rented. It has 5 beds and its own ad here on AirBnB. You can purchase cleaning for SEK 1,500. Otherwise, you clean up yourself on departure.

A warm welcome to lovely Tofta, close to most of what you need during your vacation. Here, you have walking distance to Tofta beach, padel courts, a mini-market, restaurants, a bouncy castle area for the kids, a bus stop with good connections, and right around the corner, there is a field with a soccer pitch. All this just 20 minutes from Visby. The house comprises three bedrooms, a bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen/living room with a large glass door that connects the living room to the lovely patio.

Nyrenoverat hus (ca 2km norr om Klintehamn) som under 2022/2023 helrenoverats där exempelvis övervåningen isolerats, helt nytt badrum har byggts och samtliga ytor i köket har målats om/behandlats. Två separata sovrum finns, men ytterligare dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa finns också tillgängligt. Huset ligger endast 5 min promenad från Björkhaga strand, 10 min med bil från välkända Tofta Strand och 30 min med bil till Visby. 250419: Sovrum 3 har numera familjesäng (120+80-sängar), bild ska uppdateras

Grandma's Brygghus Unique Home in Historic Building

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Brygghuset is a two floor accommodation for a relaxing getaway. You live in a rural idyll with the forest around the corner. Here grandmother dricku = Gotland mead, washed clothes and here honey was thrown, potatoes and vegetables and food were stored for winter's needs. The property has a special staircase to the second floor. You really relax in this house. We have vegetable growing and have flea market every now and then.
