The house is on 2 floors and the part that is rented out is 131 sqm with four bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms. A total of 6 regular beds and 2 extra beds in sofa bed. Stone patio with dining table, chairs and lounge furniture. The plot is surrounded by fences. The house was completed in 2024 and is rented out for shorter stays of at least 3 days, weekly or longer periods. Change of Sundays during the high summer.

Cozy forest paths start directly from the property, and in 500 meters you reach the sea for a morning swim, an evening walk along the beach or a pizza at Sandhamn's pizzeria. The large living room with open up to the ridge has room for both dinner and hanging out. There is a terrace where you can enjoy a good meal while you can hear the waves and gaze out over the sea and the Karlso Islands. If you want to take a dip, you can do it in the beautiful pool. There's also a sunroom for a rainy summer day.

Hammocks in the edge of the forest. There is a guest house on the property that can also be rented. It has 5 beds and its own ad here on AirBnB. You can purchase cleaning for SEK 1,500. Otherwise, you clean up yourself on departure.

Två separata sovrum finns, men ytterligare dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa finns också tillgängligt. A convenient cottage beautifully located in a big garden, close to the Baltic Sea, in the village of Fröjel, 40 kilometers South of Visby. The cottage offers a kitchen corner, bathroom with shower and toilet, and a double sofa bed (additional mattress or baby cot can also be arranged), and more. Guests can also sit in the outside seating area, to enjoy the sea view. The cottage and garden is located 100 meters from the Church of Fröjel as well as an medieval ruin with a great view.

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Brygghuset is a two floor accommodation for a relaxing getaway. You live in a rural idyll with the forest around the corner. Here grandmother dricku = Gotland mead, washed clothes and here honey was thrown, potatoes and vegetables and food were stored for winter's needs. The property has a special staircase to the second floor. You really relax in this house. We have vegetable growing and have flea market every now and then.
