Here you live in a quiet area with cycling distance (about 10 minutes) to central Hunnebostrand and only about a 15-minute walk to saltwater swimming in beautiful Ulebergshamn. Completely non-smoking accommodation, both indoors and outdoors. No pets allowed due to allergies.

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

The house is built 2015 and has a terrace and garden furniture, kitchenette, wc, shower and a washing machine. The house is not optimal for elderly people. Bed linen and towels not included.
