Beautifully located on the outskirts of the community, this cottage is in a low position, with its own patio in the south-facing position and expansive sea views 75 meters from the cottage. The cottage has a master bedroom with a double bed and a small table, fridge and wardrobe. A separate bedroom with cozy bunk bed and in the entrance there is a kitchenette with microwave, hot plate, kettle and accessories. A private fresh bathroom with shower in adjacent former school building, possibility to rent additional small cottage with 1.40 bed. Also outdoor shower and playhouse.

Here you are surrounded by picturesque alleys close to the sea and cliffs, but also to the forest with exercise trails 600 meters away. In high season, there are 3 good restaurants within about 400 meters. The cottage was built in 2012 with underfloor heating and a high coziness factor. From the terrace, you have a beautiful sea view. If you need to work with the computer or stream movies, there is fiber with internet connection up to 250Mbit/sec completely free. AppleTV is available in the cottage.

If you want to fish from your own boat, it can be rented in Hunnebostrand or Ramsvik. Free mini golf and boules courts are available in our harbor! Please note our 25-year limit!

It is also close to Fjällbacka.

Small but well planned appartment perfect for two people. Just one room but it is devided in two parts. One with a big bed 140 cm wide, a smartTV, and some storage and readinglamps. The other part is a kitchen with one small inductionplatter, a coffebrewer, a kettle, a fridge and a sink. Everything for normal cooking such as cuttlery, pan and potts, plates, knifes, glass all sorts etc etc. Yoy may also use a big fryingpan made for outdoor use on your balcony. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.
