House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

Das Haus am See, mein persönlicher Lebenstraum. Aber zu groß, um ihn allein zu nutzen. Abseits des Massentourismus mitten in den Bergen, direkt am See inmitten von Wäldern. Im und rund um das Haus alles sehr großzügig für Mensch und Tier. Uns persönlich sehr wichtig. Neben Grill-/Feuerplätzen, Sauna, dem eigenen Steg, Sitzsäcken und Gartenschaukeln, Ruderboot, SUP und Gartenhütte ("Villa Seen-Sucht") können unsere Gäste alles nutzen...so macht es für uns alle mehr Spaß. Ein besonderer Platz!

Das ®Hoam House ist eine Chalet der besonderen Art. Im Loft-Style lässt es sich entspannen und abschalten. Unser Highlight: ein beheizter Pool, der im Winter als Whirlpool genutzt wird – mit Fernblick über die Alpen und Nähe zu Graz. Ob Erholungstrip oder Stadturlaub, hier findet man alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Wohnraum bietet 2+2 Betten (inkl. Komfort-Sofa). Direkt nebenan liegt das Fitnessstudio, das mit Schmoltis Chalet genutzt wird. Auch unsere Alpakas freuen sich auf euren Besuch!

Our vacation home is in a quiet location but is still very easily accessible because there is a very good road connection and direct connection to the bike path. Hiking trails in the forest also start right by the house. The house is very spacious and built very close to nature inside and out. The spacious garden and terrace area offers tranquility, space and a good view of the adjacent meadows, forests and the farm.

WITH HEART AND SOUL. The Webertonihütte is a detached alpine hut at 1320 m above sea level, which stands with a lot of love for detail at the foot of the Lavanttaler Saualpe, near the Klippitztörl. So nature lovers, sports enthusiasts or families can take undisturbed relaxing vacations and are completely among themselves. You can leave the stress of everyday life behind and simply relax to the sound of the ringing cowbells or the rippling spring water of the fountain.

Beautiful garden terrace and garden for chilling after … a hike on the Zirbitzkogel ... a bike ride on the Mur cycle path ... an exciting day at the RED BULL Ring (FORMULA 1, MOTO GP, DTM) ...or as a relaxed stopover on the way home from the south. The alpine hut is in a secluded location at an altitude of 1000 m and offers guests a magnificent view, surrounded by coniferous forests and lush alpine meadows, which are grazed by cattle and calves. The hot pot provides wellness moments in the middle of nature. During the stay, our guests can become chicken owners and enjoy the fresh organic eggs daily. And also a small indoor playground with table tennis, table soccer..... means there is no boredom.

An old log house in the middle of the forest, surrounded by large trees, dense bushes and wide meadows, which was completely renovated 3 years ago. Silence and pure nature. It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!
