Induction stove, hot air oven, full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, Wi-Fi via fiber, cable TV, parking for 1 car. For rent for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. DURING WINTER SEASON, AGE LIMIT IS AT LEAST 25 years, alternatively in the company of a guardian. 25 sqm plus 12 sqm sleeping loft. 150 meters to Åre bakery and ski bus (which goes directly to the VM8). Note: NO PARTIES! Walking distance to the square and the station as well as the airport bus.

Small house in the countryside.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in Västerkälen outside Krokom. The house is out in the countryside without neighbors, except for the residential house. Close to the mountains, fishing and berry picking. About 1 hour by car to the magical mountain world in summer and winter, about 25 minutes by car to central Östersund with a large selection of restaurants and other pleasures. Large and nice sauna is available in the yard, we charge a fee for it, which is paid in advance. Pets are allowed, but not cats due to allergies.

Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By the sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. You can go directly from the house to hiking trails and cross-country cycling. If you have any questions, you can call us and ask.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Newly renovated summer cottage on our farm in Offerdal. There is proximity to mountains, forests and lakes. There are many cozy destinations to explore. On the farm, there are also cows, a horse and a cat. In the summer, there are cozy cafes to visit within walking or cycling distance. Nice swimming areas, fishing waters, berries and mushroom forests are nearby. We provide quilts & pillows. Bed linen is brought by the guest or rented from us for SEK 60/set

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Huset består av tre sovrum, ett badrum, ett sovloft samt ett kök som är öppet mot vardagsrummet. Det är öppet mellan sovloftet och vardagsrummet vilket bör beaktas om man avser sova på loftet och om man reser med morgonpigga individer. Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.

Only 5 km away, you will find Almåsa and Änge cross-country trails. Several different hiking trails with wonderful views and bird towers are nearby.
